OUR JOURNEY

ThinkUp Academy was born from a simple, powerful belief: that real learning begins when we express ourselves. What started as a series of theatre workshops has grown into a national platform for creative, confidence-building education — spanning classrooms, studios, and boardrooms.

With over five decades of combined experience in theatre, education, and corporate training, our founders brought together two worlds — performance and pedagogy — to create something new: a space where people of all ages could rehearse the best version of themselves.

We began with school children, helping them shed stage fright and speak their truth. Soon, young adults came seeking craft, clarity, and confidence through our acting intensives. Organizations followed, looking for ways to build authentic leadership and collaboration through theatre-based training.

Today, ThinkUp Academy stands at the intersection of creativity and transformation. We’ve empowered thousands of individuals across India — not just to perform, but to grow, communicate, and connect in more meaningful ways.
